EXCHANGE & RETURNS

  • Eligibility: Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery. No exchanges allowed. If you wish to exchange an item, you can request a return and place a new order for your preferred item or size to ensure fast and smooth delivery.
  • Condition: Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in its original condition.
  • Exceptions: Intimate apparel, swimwear, accessories, jewelry, and personalized items are non-returnable (hygiene/customization).
  • Process: Contact customer support to get a return authorization code, then pack and ship the item back using a trackable method.
  • Shipping cost: Covered by the customer, unless the return is due to our error.
  • Refund: Processed within 14 days of receipt and inspection, issued to the original payment method.

Returns & Exchanges

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY?

No exchanges. We only accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with original tags. Please refer to our return & exchange policy page for more details.

HOW DO I INITIATE A RETURN?

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Refunds are processed within 5–7 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Refunds go back to your original payment method; if unavailable, store credit or alternatives will be arranged.

CAN I RETURN ITEMS IN-STORE?

Items ordered online cannot be returned in-store.
